Sebastian's Log: Week 3

During our third week, we spend our time working on the art asset list for our game, deciding which parts of the cells we needed models of and continue working on the VR prototypes for the minigames from last week. During the entire week, I worked in polishing the menu from last week so that it has buttons that go into all the scenes for the minigames that we are going to have, adding a button in the multiple scenes to go back to the main menu so that the user can transition between them, and finally refactoring the code of the menu to make it simple and easy to understand, like modifying the gaze cooldown so that it matched the three seconds it takes to select a button with the gaze input, redesigning the design or original idea of the memory game so that I can continue working on the scene during next week. Finally, I worked on the assets list finding images on the internet that looked like the art style we want, I didn’t find images if some objects but that will be easily fixed by consulting with our client discussing how they would like the cGamp and other assets to look.
