This was a tough week. I spent most days fighting with Unity for code that I’ve used before and worked perfectly. Then I would push to the server and it would break on other’s machines. I ended up putting it on a flash drive and giving them the same code that is on my machine and it worked for some reason. I also worked with the artist integrating models and animations with our project. I wrote 3 shaders that work well with our cartoony art style. The models and shaders work amazing, but I’m waiting for feedback from my clients on which they want to use. I spent most of the week working on post processing fog for the Dodge Antibodies minigame so that the new shaders I made could actually be used in that scene. Other small things I did was bug fixing the Strategy game, adding rotation to the red blood cells so they don’t look like static images, and getting vector image text into our project. I won’t fill this post with technical information or issues I ran into like I did last week, partially because it would take up way too much space and partially because I need to get back to work. I’ve got even more work to do now, so I better get to it.
