At the start of the week I continued to work on building the ATP/GTP game, when I did my research I came to the conclusion that the ATP and the GTP were supposed to be shot into the receptors and the Adenylyl cyclase and produce Camp. I continued to program the game this way until I presented my work to the clients, the let me know that this was not what they wanted the game to be like. Since I had little documentation on what the intent was the clients were able to provide documentation on what they wanted, which is have the ATP/GTP be used to attach themselves to enzymes. Now that I have proper documentation on how ATP and GTP work with enzymes I have started to work on being able to attach ATP and GTP into pockets of enzymes, this is a little bit of a challenge because I have to write physics to make this game respond the way I need it to. I have spent a lot of time researching physics in making the ATP and GTP respond properly when they collide with the enzymes and fit in the proper pockets, this has turned out to be a bigger challenge than what I was expecting, I’ve been playing with multiple colliders to make this work out, however I still need more time to get the functions to work properly.
